New Miami CTP Headquarters
CTP is pleased to announce the completion of the construction of its new headquarters. The new building site has three stories of office space totaling 90,000 sq. Ft., and two levels of warehouse space totaling approximately 380,000 sq. Ft. The new headquarters is located at 5800 NW 74th Ave. Miami, Fl 33166, near our current location and will allow us to combine all of our operations on one site, allowing us to increase all departments’ efficiency. The building features a modern design and gives us the capability to store all of our parts under one roof.

SOLAR PANELS
Our new headquarters is equipped with 4,000+ solar panels, which generate over 1 million watts of green generated power.
SKYLIGHTS
Our new headquarters features over 80 skylights, allowing natural light production and reducing overall energy consumption.
STAMPED CONCRETE ART
Our headquarters’ exterior walls bare stamped concrete images of heavy equipment machinery, adding to our contemporary design.
INTAKE FANS
Twelve intake fans line our rooftop as a part of our warehouse area’s 24 commercial-grade intake and exhaust fans for cooling and ventilation with up to 9,060 cubic feet per minute (cfm), creating an energy-efficient ventilation source.
AIR CONDITIONING
Our new building comes fully equipped with twelve Energy Star 10-ton rooftop A/C units and sixty 5-ton units, all rated 17 seer for maximum energy efficiency.
BUILDING ILLUMINATION
Timer controlled Day and Night LED lighting illuminates our premises nightly.
MECHANICAL VERTICAL FREIGHT LIFTS
Our warehouse area comes fully equipped with two mechanical freight lifts, with weight capacities of up to 25,000 lbs.
NEW SALES AREA
Our headquarters features the new contemporary designed CTP sales area.
EXHAUST FANS
Twelve commercial grade exhaust fans line our rooftop as a part of our warehouse area’s 24 commercial-grade intake and exhaust fans for cooling and ventilation with up to 9,060 cubic feet per minute (cfm).
GREEN AREAS
Our Headquarters “green areas” feature 15,400 sq—Ft, of grass area, 30 different species of 300 trees, and over 300 shrubs and flowers.
WAREHOUSE
Our new headquarters’ offers over 500,000 Sq Ft of space, allowing us to store all of our parts under one roof.

Our distribution center in Miami, Florida houses one of the largest inventories of new replacement parts for Caterpillar® equipment in the United States. With over 350,000 square feet of warehouse space, this facility stocks a complete line of parts with everything from nuts and bolts to undercarriage systems. Our state-of-the-art inventory management control system assures that your order is shipped promptly and accurately.
