All our cylinder heads are checked for dimensional accuracy, straightness and surface finish. The valve seats are micro-finished, and the assembled cylinder heads are vacuum leak tested to assure a positive valve to seat seal.

WATER PUMPS FOR KOMATSU®
CTP offers a wide array of replacement water pumps for Komatsu® engines.
Diesel engine water pumps have a “weep hole” in the pump housing, which may produce a very slow leak after installation. This slow leakage originates from coolant that has passed through the new rotating shaft seal. This is normal and will cease after a short period of running when the seal breaks-in and becomes fully operational.
